1. The directory

The NBFC directory is provided for general research. Sample entries are clearly marked as demonstrations. Production data is compiled from public sources including RBI's published lists; while we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant completeness, and you should verify critical facts independently before business decisions.

2. Guides and content

Guides are general information for educational purposes — not legal, tax or investment advice. Regulations change; verify against current RBI circulars or consult us for advice on your situation. See the Disclaimer.

3. Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only with a signed engagement letter. Initial consultations are free and without obligation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping the directory at abusive volumes, attempting to disrupt the service, or misrepresenting directory data as your own.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, guides) belongs to the operator unless stated otherwise. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; systematic reproduction requires permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made based on Site content. Our liability for paid engagements is governed by the engagement letter.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
